    We waited 25 minutes for our drinks… it was busy, but other tables had their drinks well before us. Food was fair. Seasoning on chicken fajitas was nonexistent. Most bland fajitas I have ever eaten… stingy w the accompaniments… very little onion and peppers. And I had to ask for cheese… which was three dollars. I have never had to pay for cheese with a fajita order. Extra burritos were a dollar. And they were very small. Street tacos were fair. The steak was tough. Overall a disappointing meal experience. We will not be returning.

    This is my third visit to Verde. My dining companion swears the mole' is the best in town and always gets the Pollo con mole'. I'm not a huge fan of mole' so I opted for the taco salad. It was just OK. It has a lot of flavors & textures that got weighed down when topped with the sour cream and guacamole. The elements all stood alone well individually. Black beans, tomatoes, corn, pickled onion, seasoned ground beef, fresh guacamole, sour cream, on a bed of assorted greens are nicely nestled in a crisp, tasty shell. However, together, the flavors & textures quickly lost their distinctiveness. I won't get it again. However, the evening was not a loss. The premium margarita was beautifully served and tasted divine. It came accented with a tangy, salted rim that almost made me forget it was $17.

    The decor is beautiful with lovely outdoor seating. There was a live DJ playing music but as the night got on the music drowned out table conversation. The service was very slow with not that many customers. The drinks are pricey. I had a fajita chimichanga that looked good but the chicken was dry with no flavor, I was really surprised. The manager passed our table many many times on his way to talk to other tables, usually with young girls, never did he come to our table. Maybe it was just a bad Saturday night.

    Sunday lunch for four. I had the grilled chicken taco salad. It was packed with so many good things: black beans, tomatoes, corn, pickled onions, lettuce, cheese, guacamole, etc!!! The restaurant is very nicely decorated and the patio doors were open on a nice breezy morning which was lovely. They really do a great job with food presentation here!

    We had never been to Verde before and the hostess and staff were very pleasant and welcoming and accommodating. A wonderful woman would come around and refill the tortilla chips and the salsa. Our waiter stayed on top of getting our food out so it was hot and delicious too.

    Fantastic!!! Best chicken quesadilla I've ever had, and the side of rice was delicious. Chips & salsa were fabulous, as was the guacamole. My husband had the chicken chimichanga and loved it. Our server was lovely; service was spot on. The decor is very upscale; it felt special without feeling stuffy. Our new favorite spot in Indy. We will be back!

    We had a party of five and they sat us at the smallest table even though there were larger ones available. We could barely move. The restaurant was pretty empty. Our server was very slow to take our order.

    The food was delicious. I had chicken quesadillas and they were enough for two people at least. Guacamole was delicious with a great presentation. Service was not great. They seemed short staffed. Getting drinks was a challenge! The noise level was very high. We could barely talk in a party of 5. Seating was also awkward with a large post in the middle of our seating area. I think it would be more enjoyable on a less busy night at another table.

    Waitress seemed to not like her job. Beans and Rice brought out -not hot. Waitress brought more lukewarm beans and left cold plate of beans on table. $13 for dessert?! Extra small dessert portion. Received very small glasses for water, not regular size glass.

    Excellent food and great service from our waiter. However, the hostess was not present when we arrived. We waited a long time for the hostess. We had to find a waiter to help us get seated because we had reservations. Otherwise, we enjoyed our meal and evening.

    The atmosphere and food were great, the service on the other hand was complete opposite. We were seated at our appropriate reservation time but had to ask for our server due to no one coming to greet us after 20 min of being seated. Our waiter arrived to the table and kept walking away as we were talking and attempting to order things. It was very poor service for such an upbeat atmosphere.

    We have been to Verde several times, and with the exception of this visit, they were all phenomenal. Our server was barely at our table, I let her know my food was incorrect and she offered little to no assistance, and our desserts were not plated correctly and taken back to the kitchen with no explanation. Part of the experience at Verde is the service and this server was absolutely terrible.

    The guacamole is quite good here as are the Margaritas. Dinner was delicious; one of us had a chicken quesadilla and I had the wet burrito. The seasoning was very pleasing and everything was fresh. I want to give credit to our server Amaya - her timing with apps, drinks, and dinner was so great. We would and have recommended this restaurant to several people because the overall experience has been so good. It would be smart to make a reservation - when we left, there were probably at least 25 people waiting for a table. Great dinner, thank you for helping make our date even better!

    I have driven by this place too many times and finally had the chance to visit the restaurant. We came here for celebrate my man being a Father. He had been mentioning how he would love to try this place. So seeing how Mexican is his favorite it was a no brainer. Love this restaurant!! The atmosphere is incredible!! The service is amazing!! The food is delicious!! The drinks are absolutely wonderful!! We will definitely be back. This place is a gem!!!

    Our server was a little overwhelmed with multiple large parties so we didn't get a whole lot of attentive service. That being said, the quality of the food completely outweighed anything that could have been wrong. This place is amazing and I would highly recommend anyone check it out.

    Rude service from both wait staff and manager and mediocre food. We ordered take-out and the salmon arrived raw. Thought to try them again and eat at the restaurant, thinking they'd do better, but the service was so rude and incompetent we nearly left. Food quality is uneven. And when you ask for a slice of lime with the fish tacos they charge you a dollar! We won't be back there.
