The luncheon menu is perfectly filling (2-course prix fix), especially for a weekday tourist. The portions are more than adequate. The options are well varied.

I’m a frequent diner at Eataly La Piazza. The food and drink options as well as, location are what drive me to come back so frequently. However, it did take a considerable amount of time for your server to notice me. Once he did things improved.

As always good was awesome. They have an odd kitchen setup where different things come from different kitchens and they don’t arrive in proper order. For example the waitress forgot about my appetizer and I had to alert her after I was done with main course. Otherwise the food here is fantastic.

Servers were gracious and friendly but service was very slow. There were about six or seven staff but it wasn’t clear who our server was— one brought the water, one took our order, one brought our food— we waited quite a while for anyone to offer coffee and dessert, and when we finally got our coffee it was lukewarm. We waited a very long time for our check.
