The Walker House has an extensive menu and offers daily specials. The restorations done to this historic building are wonderful. Our dinners were excellent.
Been here many times and always great. Server was terrible this time and when told hosts they said she has been here for years and just ignored my comment. First time I have never left a tip.
This past dining experience was disappointing as the starter dish was burnt on the bottom.

Definitely worth the visit. Food and drinks were good and loved the ambiance. We came during COVID for dinner and there was a couple times we had to follow up with our server for items but nothing serious enough to fault the establishment. Highly recommend.
This is a 'summer restaurant' that stays open all year round. Lovely old building, well maintained. Our family has been eating at the Walker since the 1980's and never been disappointed. Food and service continues to be superb. On the past weekend the ambience was delightful with the Christmas trees and decorations. Varied menu and following all of the recommendations for safety of patrons and staff in the current pandemic.
Always great food and service. The noise I think is a result of the beautiful tin ceiling which reflects sound so it can be overwhelming for people with hearing aids. It’s still my dad’s favourite place to go!

Great atmosphere! The staff was friendly and the menu has lots of great options; however, I was disappointed that gluten free bread/bun was not an option. This is an easy fix.
I had the Red Thai Curry on special and found that there weren’t many vegetables and chicken in the dish. Overall, it was sub-par and not good value for dollar. The curry sauce was lacking spice/taste. The other dishes at the table looked good.
Great food and service for a family “dining-out” evening.
