Energy at Westwood is definitely increasing. I love that it's becoming a social hub. I also love that the food and service equate to what one would expect from MML. I think the option to book the card room should be removed from Open table as it is NOT a dining spot. A bit confusing.....

Service was friendly and courteous. Food was good but the menu is not that well suited for playing games in the card room. The new chairs are very large and catch on the edge of the area rug when you attempt to heft them closer to the table. They also slope back, not really the right chair for a game table. We tripped on the rug entering the card room because it was curled up under one of the chairs. Lighting could be brighter.

I want to like going to the club we pay for and have been members for over 35 years. However, the food selections are over priced and very limited for some with gluten issues. The appetizers are awful and nothing to share. Tuna is marginal. Sometimes smells fishy same with corn dip. The quality started out well when MML took over and has gone down in the last year. We do not have to be a gourmet restaurant . We need good quality food and club food. Chips and guacamole Fries / not steak fries Cheese plate Different skewers options Regular nuts and plain chips / popcorn gf, so everyone can enjoy Pizzas / gf option Grilled Chicken sandwich Decent grilled fish option that is not $38 dollars Sliders Bowl option Soup and sandwich option Or soup and salad French dip sandwich Wraps mainly most people think food is over priced for a country club.

The server girl was excellent. Very contentious about a few items forgotten. She just graduated with journalism degree. Hope that narrows it down so she can be applauded. The food is getting better! Keep it up.

We had one of the best Austin dinners that I can remember. Drinks, Food, Service, Ambiance, VIEW (!!) were all 150% of expectations. Its so nice to go to the club and have this type experience. Thanks to the entire staff for dialing up the dining experience.
