Believe the WC team was overwhelmed, food was cold, they forgot my coffee, my potatoe toasties tasted like fish. Conversed with the Manager, and pointed out that they made an error in cooking them in the same fish fryer which for people with allergies is a violation of food handling safety measures. The french fries from others at my table did not have this problem. I do not eat fish AT ALL! Manager did not offer to correct the problem, her response, well they are busy and made a mistake. Not a good experience, and we have done the event at other locations for many years. Our guests never enjoyed the V-Day celebration, as we were embarrassed that this was not a good experience.

Couldnt even get to my table. Had a reservation for 8 o clock and there was a line of people waiting to be seated out the door. They were not getting people out quickly or enforcing any hard out times. Absolutely dreadful way to end the evening with my wife - we both went home sad and hungry.

Valentine's Day at WC is the BEST! We've done it for 12 yrs! (different one's, but still) Table service is not their thing, so we had to wait, but it's WC give me a break. If you want a fancy restaurant go there, but it is a fun tradition to goto WC for valentine's day, buy tons of food and tip your server a ridiculous amount because if your going to a fancy restaurant and spend alot, why not give it to someone, going out of their way and doing something that makes them feel appreciated and makes yo feel good.

Very chaos like, no one knew what was going on. We got a table we waited an hour for our food. We asked the person they finally checked and brought the food . Then order wasn’t correct. I know they were very busy was such a small place. We made the best of it with the people we were. We had a good time.
