Zanetti Cafe Bar & Restaurant is beautiful. There, we said it and we’re not sorry. At this Melbourne hotspot you’ll find Italian cuisine at its best and most sophisticated – find it on Ivanhoe’s Upper Heidelberg Road, a stone’s throw from the main train station and absolutely worth a trip into town. Zanetti is open for breakfast, lunch or a spot of casual dinner, with some highlights of the well-crafted menu being grilled tiger prawn and scallop linguine, slow cooked beef and red wine ragu, or the zucchini, eggplant and pumpkin pizza. The food here is all terrific so reserve a table at Zanetti and let the staff spoil you – it’s an Ivanhoe must-do. Oh, and the coffee is to die for. Buon appetito!
