We were seated in the far back room with a party of 8. It seems the meat servers forget there are tables back there. Then when one remembers they all flood your table. It would be great if they started little. And our drink server didn't check on us either. Not sure if she was busy in the front room but we felt we were not important. The food was great.

I love the food here as it is outstanding and you have so many choices to be able to choose from. Pricing is not exactly the cheapest but then again you're getting good quality food and good service. If you're looking for that I would recommend this place for sure.

Unfortunately we came here for a special that they were offering but our waitress had no idea so we had to remind her multiple times but still got charged for the wrong price offered then later corrected. Took a long time for the “good” cuts of meat to come then later it was long 10-15 mins for any foods. The Picanha never showed up so we had to ask for them to bring it and it only came once after multiple attempts. Overall, this was by far the worst experience here especially for a not so busy dinner night. If your afraid to offer the good cuts then time to update your menu to reflect it.

Reservation was for 7:30pm, didn’t get seated until after 8:00pm. Open tables throughout, staff had little to no desire to get us seated. Took longer than usual for the food to come out.

The variety of meat were good. The self help of the Salad bar was not that appetizing with lot of folks trying to serve themselves at the same time.

We’ve been here more times than we can count. It is this level of attention to detail and customer care that has me coming back time and again! Please keep challenging yourselves to raise the bar even higher, and you will always have guests that are thrilled.

Reservations at 5:30 did not seat us for over 10 minutes place was empty. Hostess did not greet us but stood with her back to us. When we were sat we were sat in a spot where three tables were almost touching even though the place was empty, nobody appreciates that, the servers have to have a hard time squeezing in there also. Another 10 minutes to get a server for drinks. No meat came for another 10 minutes as they want you to fill up on the nasty salad bar the bread was ok.. The meat has no flavor other then the fake minced onion seasoning and the parmesan all blood flavor and gristle the meat is so fatty and they only let you have a little slice which is 80% fat. One chicken choice and was old. we had to ask for more soda from some other server. You can not understand the meat server very well alot of beef roast with lots of fat. I have heard so many good things about this place save your money it feels dirty and is not worth the cost. The meat at the OCB was a 10 compared to the fat served here with blood.

Great atmosphere, some small minor hiccups (drinks forgotten for 2 of our kiddos) but overall we're coming back for another round sometime down the road!
