A warm and inviting place where guests could gather to relax and enjoy a delicious meal, a glass of wine or a cocktail, and conversation with friends. European-style design with comfortable chairs, pleasant colors, and a familiar feel. Our atmosphere and menu are largely Italian-inspired, however, we also offer a wide variety of seafood dishes and char-grilled meats too. We have breakfast at Rosario's fairly regularly and it is always delicious, but the Thanksgiving dinner was horrendous. Both my husband and I got the turkey and my son got the butternut ravioli and crab. My son described his dinner as tasting like cherry cough syrup, that the only thing that tasted good was the crab. As far as the turkey dinner, the turkey was good, the dressing was super sweet. It tasted like they used canned apple pie filling instead of real apple. The "gravy" tasted very much like cream of crab soup base, full of sherry and the same color, not turkey gravy for sure. The desserts that we got (apple pie and pecan pie) well...I'll just leave it at that. All in all it was just an incredibly sweet meal, that my husband and I brought the majority of ours home and tossed it because it was worse later on. We were so disappointed. But...I would recommend going there for breakfast.

The food was very good. The free dessert for my birthday was a pleasant surprise! The background music was too loud; the waiter agreed and offered to get it turned down. However, possibly due to the difficulty hearing due to the music, he brought chicken marsala instead of veal marsala. He also was not as attentive as needed; for example, he didn't keep the water glass filled and had to be asked for a soup spoon and the desserts. Maybe he was new and needed more training. This is the first time we have experienced poor service here.

Food was yummy, Italian dishes were spot on and Alfredo sauce was very well prepared. Plan for sharing a meal, or taking home leftovers. They are very generous with the portion size!

The server was ok, but we had other issues, the pork chop was suppose to come with an onion ring and the kitchen refused to give it to me, the server told us what drinks were on happy hour price we were charged full price and it took 15 mins. for the cashier to make it right. In the menu says 18% gratuity included in the price 20% was charged. The ridiculous part about the whole dining experience was, we were a party of 4 and it was only 2 other customers in there before us and the cashier gave us such a hard time like we were a party of 20. I will say the food was delicious and I will come again, but I will be pay attention to the bill and the menu prices.

The service was ok. But there was only one other family dining when we were there and that was a sign. This was the worst dining experience I have had in a long time. There are so many options for extraordinary dining in the city. I was so very disappointed that I chose to dine here. Never again.

I brought my friend here for his birthday dinner. I ordered the Maryland pasta with shrimp, scallops, and crab. I was super excited because I had been craving scallops for a few weeks. Unfortunately the food was very bland. Additionally, the bar was unable to make a cocktail. I asked for a lemon drop and was served a lemonade with a side shot of vodka, then proceeded to charge me for both the lemon and the shot lol. Truly disappointing dining experience especially because my bill was $170 and we didn’t even leave satisfied.

Had to wait 20 minutes to get a menu form anyone at all the service was OK so the maître d’ started having meetings with all the waiters, and it held up our food and service. The maître d’ was terrible overbearing. and it affected all the waiters as I see it. the overall appearance of the place was great. That’s only thing I could recommend.

In my 50 years, I have NEVER celebrated Easter outside of my home. This year, my husband and I decided to eat at Rosario's with another couple and I was pleasantly surprised!!! I made a reservation for 4:30pm and was seated at exactly that time. The host was kind and professional but our waitress, Kia, was AMAZING! She was pleasant, checked on us just the right amount, smiled the entire time and even caught a slight error in my dish before it even came out of the kitchen! The food was hot and delicious and was aesthetically pleasing as well. I have been there a few times, but the rest of my party hadn't but promised that they would all be back again!

We reserved seating for a group at 11 am, but we arrived early. Staff had no issue with it and we were immediately seated in the area reserved. There was only one waitress serving our group (12), but she did a good job accommodating with guests (5) arriving later. The food was served hot, the presentation or plating of the food was nice. Guests ordered from both breakfast and dinner menus with no issues. Portions were great and food was well prepared and tasty. We all agreed to add Rosario to our lists of places to revisit.

We were a party of 30 for my husband's b-day. The Wait staff knew what they were doing. Joanne was attentive and sweet as was the other staff members. The managerial staff was also top notch, checking in w us. Our one issue was the lasagna, an Italian staple. It was meat heavy w a crumbly hamburger (where was the cheese?), dry and the noodles had the consistency of those no boil kind; hard to cut, hard to chew, tasteless. Very disappointing. Howeever, the other dishes were fabulous. Overall, the experience was wonderful and my husband was blessed.

It was very crowded on Christmas. We waited an hour for our dinner. It seemed to be understaffed. Our waitress was very nice and did the best she could. When the food finally arrived, it was barely warm. We were finally given a discount on our bill due to the long delay. We'll be back, but not on Christmas.

The service was horrible and the manager was even worse. The manager was very dismissive when we informed him that our server didnt bring our salads out prior to our meals or at all! We weren't offered refills, we orderd bread with our pasta and never got that. When the gratuity (18%) is automatically added, some will give the the bare minimum for service and that's what we recieved. Needless to say we packed up our pasta to go and requested the 18% be removed from our bill and tipped what we thought was deserved.

My Italian friend and I had made reservations for Thanksgiving Day. It must be said that there is nothing Italian about this restaurant other than the fact that pasta is on the menu. It was not crowded, maybe 4 other tables, and adequately staffed, plenty of servers for a holiday. The maitre'd greeted us, turned us over to a server, she sat us at a booth in the corner. She brought bread and ice water and asked us if we wanted something to drink, and I asked for a minute to look at the wine list because we had just sat down. She left and then never returned. The "Italian" bread was a soft commercial American white bread hot dog roll, with some kind of non-olive oil brushed on top with garlic salt. For dipping, instead of olive oil, they serve a dish of warmed canned pizza sauce. We sat there for over 15 minutes. We wanted to at least get a glass of wine, although for Italian they did not have a very extensive list. They do not have any beer on tap. The menu was disappointingly reminiscent of a chain, not real Italian by any stretch, less "Italian" than Olive Garden, and rather expensive for that level of quality. We saw another party of about 8 come in and get seated and our server went over with another server and began waiting on them. We sat there for another 5 minutes, and still no service. It made no sense. The maitre'd was standing around at the entranceway, he saw us sitting there, other servers were talking to each other, kind of idle. We were bewildered. I convinced my companion that we needed to leave, that this was very strange. We got up and walked past the maitre'd and the servers. No one ever asked why we were leaving. I will never go back there again.

We had a great Thanksgiving dinner here. We were seated right away and the server came right over for drink orders. There was a Thanksgiving menu with three courses and three entree options (turkey, ham, and pork), plus the regular menu. Loved the bread and marinara that came as soon as we sat down, probably didn't need the cream of crab soup after eating the bread but it was very tasty as well. Portions were huge and we each had enough leftover for two more meals at home. The mac & cheese was honestly the best I have ever tasted, and just as good the next day for lunch. My mom didn't like the veg that came with her pork but otherwise loved everything, and I was very happy with my chicken tenders because I'm basic. Great selection of desserts, the Oreo cheesecake was perfect, and my mom loved her pumpkin pie. Our server was on top of everything, brought refills right away, and didn't hover. First time eating here, we were just looking for a Thanksgiving option that wasn't too expensive, but we will definitely eat here again now.

It was strange when we arrived; they seemed not to know I had a reservation when I had called ahead to confirm the day before; however, the person who greeted us was super pleasant and helpful. the FOOD THE FOOD I say was exceptional. I had been seeing the reviews on social media and they did lie. You will not be disappointed. The manager was very involved and charming.

We.had a family dinner party of 8. Everyone had pasta dishes including lasagna, chicken Alfredo, stuffed shells, chicken marsala, and Seafood Maryland. All were both plentiful and delicious. I had the Seafood MD with shrimp, crab, scallops over fettuccine in a tomato Alfredo sauce which is half and red. Sauce and white alfredo. The service was excellent. I highly recommend Rosarios for Italian cuisine...in Rosedale.

I love this place, Rosarios has been high on my list since it opened. The food is always good the portions are worth the money. The wait staff and manager are top level even though the prices went up during the pandemic it is worth it because the portions did not shrink. They put the gratuity in the check so that was a bit off putting but I learned to understand the purpose and I appreciate the reason. On that note I have nothing negative to say about this location. I always go when there is not a parking issue so I love that about this place the hours.

The Waiters were nice but the food took over 1 hour to come and we were the only guest in the restaurant. The appetizers came out after the meal , we weren’t able to get drink refills and the gratuity was way too high for the service recieved.

First of all your manager that night was arrogant! BERY Unprofessional 🤷🏾‍♀️ Sedating time was awful no water was brought to the tables🤷🏾‍♀️ We got bread about and hour after being there cold😡all orders were mixed up😡and the thing about it you guys were not crowded and it was a Friday night😡advertisers were ordered and they came out almost and hour later😡

The Greek Salad was huge. It was presented poorly! There was at least 10oz of huge cuts of feta cheese on top and large cuts of other vegetables. I didn’t know how to eat it. It was the worst I ever had.

I wouldn’t recommend to sit in I would recommend to grab and go..I do believe they are over priced for a lot of things..I got pepper steak and rice the rice was mushy and over cooked they ask u what kind of event it is it was my baby 9th bday but that wasn’t acknowledged at all so why ask I can go on and on

Our waitress Alison was exceptional from start to finish, anything and everything we ask for she was on the spot. That was my first time at Rosario's and it wont be my last. It was a very nice outing for my family and friends.
