The restaurant during that time it has evolved considerably, both in food and in experience. Today Trazo 1810 is characterized by its attention to detail and the diner’s experience. The uplifting familiar music, attentive service, and spectacular views from all 6 terraces come together to create a fun & entertaining atmosphere that is the “Quince Experience.” After helping make Quince the “#1 Rooftop Restaurant in the World” in 2020, Quince’s exec. chef, Gonzalo Martinez, is still evolving the culinary scope of its menus.
