It was too crowded, loud music. Prices are outrageous. Small tables for large guests. But overall OK to try one time.

If I could give them a zero star, I would. Last weekend I went to saddle Ranch for my anniversary to show my boyfriend, my nostalgic memories of going there as a child. I was deeply disappointed. We were met at the door where we were seated by the manager, and it was so crowded and loud that we had to change seats multiple times because they wanted to sit us next to the parking lot. Then when we tried to get their attention to move again because we were in the middle of the walkway, right next to the bar no one would come so we moved ourselves. Another manager came up to us as we had no server come up to us for 20 minutes while he was changing the channel on the TV not even giving us eye contact. Then decided to take our order because our server failed to show up. He promised our server would Be there soon we didn’t meet our server until after our food had come out. the only reason our server came up to us is because it was our anniversary and they wanted to check our IDs for a free drink. That was the only time we saw our waiter. The Cajun burger was flavorless and my nachos were more than disappointing. Tasted like soggy cheese. Needless to say my childhood memories of their amazing food and great service we’re not there anymore. We had to chase down the manager to get our waters refilled. Luckily, the first manager we met at the door, came up to us and noticed I wasn’t enjoying my nachos. I’m not want to send things back, and even said they were fine at first but he graciously took that off the check. Needless to say we made the best of our anniversary dinner but will not be coming back. Not to mention after we closed out the check it took them 10 minutes to bring our anniversary champagne. by then we were already heading out the door.

We had a 3:00 PM reservation for a party of six, and although we were running late, I called ahead and spoke with the manager, Jai. He was very accommodating and assured us that our reservation would be held, which we truly appreciated. From start to finish, the service was excellent! Our waiter was awesome, the food was delicious, and everyone in our party had a great experience. We also had a costume party that attracted quite a bit of attention. It was so much fun welcoming everyone who stopped to talk to us and sharing laughs with people throughout our visit. The atmosphere, food, and outstanding service made our outing even more enjoyable. A special thank-you to Jai for accommodating us and to our waiter for taking such great care of our party. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this restaurant! 🥰🎭✨

My first time here and I was impressed with the food and drinks! Our server was very friendly and attentive. You can sit inside and enjoy a fun atmosphere but we chose the porch by the fireplace, it was perfect! Thanks for a great night, we will be back soon!

My family and I came to LA out of town from Dallas and decided to try this chophouse spot. Danny was our server and he was AMAZING. He was on top of everything and made sure our experience was great. We really appreciated everything and think Danny is AWESOME! Definitely ask for him when you go in next time
