We use Pacific Northwest ingredients to deliver an approachable fun-dining experience with Neo-Indian flavors through the medium of a tasting menu. Fun-Dining involves an interactive tasting menu, which doesn't involve the formalities or the high expenses for dinner but it allows patrons a chance to play with their food as part of the fray!

Our mission is to preserve and promote the beautiful, bio diverse treasure that is heirloom, non-GMO Mexican corn. We work directly with local, small-scale farmers to ensure our grains are sourced in an ethical and sustainable way. Our authentic, fresh, small-batch recipes allow you to experience your favorite Mexican dishes the way they were meant to be — the same way we enjoyed them as kids!
