Seaview restaurant fulfills many needs for the hotel, as well as being the only full buffet breakfast restaurant on property; it also serves as a function space for weddings, parties and corporate events. The neutral color palette sets the tone for any event, allowing the client to make the space their own with the use of unique table settings and decorations. Flexible table arrangements, with comfortable, moveable banquette seating and portable wooden screens add interest. This along with the sculptural art pieces adorning the walls, and sheer-style drapes flanking the columns have created the transformation into the dynamic Seaview. The outdoor patio, facing toward the ocean has been extended dramatically. Elegant new patio doors grant direct access from the outside of the building to the inside of the restaurant.

Lots of options. A little pricy. The servers were great. Even though its buffet they were working hard to accommodate customers with drinks, cleaning tables, etc.

Tony the Omelette chef was very friendly and can do for all our request we had for him. Also Geraldine our server and Sammy made our Mothers Day and my husband’s birthday special

Serhawt gave us a wonderful start to our day he is an amazing server and face of the Hyatt brand. We stayed at the Marriott and walked over for an incredible breakfast!

The food was okay, but the buffet did not offer much selection or variety for the price. Despite the restaurant being called “Seaview” there isn’t actually a view, which was disappointing. On a positive note, our server was exceptional - though I don’t recall his name, I remember it was difficult to pronounce. He provide great service and was the highlight of our visit. Overall I wouldn’t return.

Sunday on the patio My wife and I go to the Sea View Room Brunch at the Hyatt each Sunday and sit on the patio. The omelet special is crab and it is excellent made the way you want it. We enjoy the bread pudding and sweet roles as well as all the other selections. The staff is exceptional. They are friendly and attentive.
