   The food is delicious, portions good, and lots of great choices for vegetarians. Spring risotto and Agnolotti were both excellent. Sercice was prompt and friendly. The only downside was the Chardonnay- it seemed pretty marginal compared with the tasty food.

   The Staff, food and ambiance were first class. I’m a foodie and love to experience restaurants when visiting new areas. Single Shot was exceptional on all levels. We had the asparagus with crab, roasted cauliflower, halibut, pork chop and topped off with lemon tart. Fabulous!!! Thank You Single Shot.

   Decided to come here for my birthday and let me tell you it did not disappoint in the least! The atmosphere/vibe of the place was warm/inviting/cozy, the wait staff were incredibly friendly and the food was AMAZING- props to the chefs!! The flavors and presentation of every dish were visually stunning and ridiculously delicious. 10/10 recommend anyone to come here and will 100% be going back. Truly a magical birthday dinner. Also, special thanks to Single Shot for the fabulous experience!

   The food was excellent at brunch. Both my companion and I loved what we had. But the service was very slow (we waited about 40 minutes for our meal) and the noise level was terrible. It was nearly impossible to hear each other, despite our sitting across the table from each other. It might be different at night. There was quite a crowd waiting when we left, so make sure you have reservations if you want to go there. I wouldn't go for brunch again unless I was with someone I didn't wish to talk to.

    Great experience overall, food was amazing and restaurant was accommodating of our slightly late arrival. Would’ve liked server to give us a bit more context into menu without prompting as well as the dish we ordered. Will definitely be back!

    This restaurant never fails to live up to a quiet reputation of being one of the better neighborhood bistros in Seattle. It is hard to go wrong with any menu item, and the cocktails are thoughtfully done.

    Quaint little bar turned bistro in a cozy neighborhood. Great for small 2-4 person groups. The first few starter bites of asparagus, beets, burrata, were excellent. The agnolotti was great. The cauliflower was spiced beautifully but it could have been just a bit softer (it required a knife to cut into it). The Duck was a masterpiece - though too rare for one of the party; and I prefer crispy skin/fat instead of looser myself. The cocktails were divine. Every one of them a hit. Definitely worth the stop.

    First time here and it won't be our last. Everything, literally from the greeting at the front door to paying our cheque was fantastic. The server was outstanding, and I apologize for forgetting his name. His service style was completely attentive without being overbearing, casual without being sloppy and super knowledgable! The food was f***ing fantastic! Really, just excellent. We loved the vibe of the place, the music was right up my alley. We'll definitely be back again. Really, really enjoyed it.

    One of the best dining experiences I’ve had in quite a while. Outstanding experience from A to Z. Excellent service, ambiance and food. Three of us ate family style so ordered and sampled many items off the menu, all flavorful. I can’t recommend it enough and will definitely be returning myself. Cheers.
