I had the jerk chicken tacos which were very tasty. I had a great slightly dirty martini and all of my friends enjoyed their cocktails as well. Nice wine selection too. Every detail has been perfectly curated for the ultimate island dining experience. Chef RAJ has created, and continues to perfect a menu with selections which are obviously very thoughtful creations. He is definitely a chef to keep your eye on! With a beautiful view of the harbor, you will see a few boats out and about, and then experience twinkling lights as the sun begins to set. While small and quaint, The Beacon serves some of the grandest memories of a stay on the resort. Cocktails were made with quality ingredients , very good service and great lunch. Free water taxi was provided from Exuma yacht club . Well done , we will be back .
