The mussels in the grits were DELICIOUS! I would go back just for those. Service was great. The only slight disappointment was the Orecchiette side dish. The flavor was good, but it definitely needed more butter and more cheese; you should see butter in the bottom of the bowl. I've eaten a ton of buttered pasta in my lifetime (I'm Italian) and a sauce-deprived pasta is never a good thing!

This was a "dining experience," not just dinner out. We were celebrating joint birthdays and the staff (which was already superb) went out of their way to make sure we were tended, celebratory, and happy! Food was divine, wine out of this world (a bottle of really good Malbec - forgot to take a photo of it because I'd love to buy it) - creatively plated, marvelous flavors and scents. We appreciated the complimentary champagne for our birthdays and the "Happy Birthday" card we found on our table, which overlooked the river from inside. Could not have been more perfect.

Our server named Amanda was the main reason for our 5 star experience. She was an excellent server who asked all the right questions and visited us frequently without being burdensome etc. I will definitely be back for. more celebrations and will request Amanda to be our server!

We feel the food here is some of the best in San Antonio, the atmosphere is relaxed and sophisticated, the bar tending is on the level of the nicest restaurants. One of the managers Adrian, always goes out of his way to welcome us back.

Supper always provides a great dining experience. The wedge salad is crafted to perfection and the filets cooked just as well. The service can't be beat! I highly recommend experiencing supper, and sitting at the chef’s table if you have a chance.

The food and service was wonderful. My wife and I enjoyed the time at Supper. However it was much pricer than warranted. We could get similar service and food for 50-60% of the price at a handful of other high quality locations. This will keep us from coming back.

Excellent experience for my wife’s birthday dinner! Everything was delicious and perfectly prepared. Best were the Prime Angus ribeye, scallops, sticky toffee, and Irish cream after dinner drink. The staff was genuinely friendly & attentive without being intrusive, and made great suggestions from the menu… which features unique San Antonio twists on traditional fare. They have a perfect private dining space with a patio that is our top choice for our staff kickoff dinner in January, and we are having a business meeting at the Hotel Emma in February & will highly recommend Supper to our colleagues! A+

We’ve never been to Supper before but CulinariaSA gave us a reason to visit. We had a great experience from beginning to end. When we arrived for lunch, we were greeted at the door and guided towards the hostess stand where our reservations were confirmed. We were immediately seated and greeted by our waitress, Amanda. We ordered the Culinaria special and the double griddle burger and both were amazing.(highly recommend the burger on the lunch menu) Amanda was attentive and never allowed our water glasses to reach the bottom of the glass. She recommended the Cameron’s kick cocktail which she wasn’t lying, it had a kick but still good. Overall, the service was top notch and will be returning again.

Very cold indoors so we sat outside but outdoors wasn’t comfortable after a while. I guess I’ll bring a sweater next time Chicken breast was super bland. Waiter took forever to pick up credit card.

This was our second time dining at Supper - the first time was during 2021/end of Covid and the hotel was fairly empty. This time there was a lot more commotion - we enjoyed the Brussels appetizer and the drinks, the scallops were good. The waitress recommended their sticky toffee pudding - it was ok but I think the panna cotta was great and everyone at our table enjoyed it. The most frustrating experience was the bill/tip was all mixed up - they are working on still updating it for us but I am confident it’ll be fixed. It’s a great location and if you can eat outside by the river, it is very charming.

We had an excellent experience! The seat by the window was perfect for us as it allowed a view of the San Antonio River. All courses of our meal were delicious and well presented. Our server was perfect as well.

We have been to Supper a number of times and have had better experiences than this last one. The restaurant had maybe 8 tables occupied, so it was far from busy. The server seemed distracted or disinterested. We ordered 3 bottles of wine, and he needed to confirm the name of 2 bottles because he neither remembered, nor made note of the name or bin number when it was ordered. All 4 guests were enjoying the wine and we were repeatedly asked if we wanted new wine glasses when a new wine was presented or if he could just pour into the existing glasses. Each bottle of wine was different, and not the same, so a new glass was expected. The food was OK. took a while to get the food, and when it did arrive, none of the fries were hot, the burger had clearly been made some time before service, as it was cold, and the melted cheese had already shrunk and congealed. We also had the club sandwich, OK flavor, but not a true club, although the server could not explain this when we asked specifically if it was a traditional club sandwich. The other two guests had the steak, which was cooked correctly, only complaint was cold fries on the steak entree. It will be a while before we return, and we hope to have a less cumbersome experience next time.

This was my second time going to Supper. Absolutely love it. It was also my second time having Reagan (sp?) as my server. She is amazing. Whatever her pay is, it isn’t enough. She is the epitome of great service. The food is also amazing. I have had the French toast both times, and love it. I don’t get French toast anywhere else because I normally don’t like it, but I heard so many great things about this one that I had to try it and it is worth the hype. You DO NOT need to add maple syrup - it is sweet enough without that, and will probably be too sweet with that too.

Freezing cold in there. Was given a blanket -- what quality restaurant does that? My white Russian drink was like a vanilla milkshake. Sent it back twice and finally replaced it with a Jack Daniels and soda -- OK. Soup was good. Piemento tasteless, bread stale. Scallops and brussels sprouts OK. Bee sting dessert good but not like I remember my German Mom making it. Altogether a disappointment for an upscale restaurant in a prestige location.

Located by Hotel Emma at the Pearl brewery, this restaurant is beautiful! Every detail is covered with decorations come the fresh flowers, hand poured glass windows. Food is great so I just suggest to come for brunch or dinner!

Our server Shen was outstanding. She was extremely attentive and professional. The manager on duty, Rozlynn, was also wonderful. She came by our table to check on us and we had a fantastic conversation about wine and life. Everyone who came by to drop off food was great- Chef Jose also dropped off a new dish he created and it was marvelous. We had a stellar evening :)

The hostess, Dominic, couldn’t have been more caring and understanding. Cameron at the bar as well !!! They both accommodated me very attentively as I waited for my date who was late !! Ended well as she finally showed up. :)
