Texas de Brazil is one of our favorite places to eat out and generally we eat there once a month. This visit was our first on a Monday in a very long time and it was very noisy and quite busy. Our waitress looked frazzled and let the water glasses empty out and there was a distinct delay in getting the sides out, which is quite unusual for the wait staff at that location. The number of folks circulating with cuts of meat seemed generally fewer than usual and our plates were frequently empty waiting for the next round of meats to come out. The number of choices was also distinctly less than usual - the flank steak came out 3 times whereas the top sirloin with and without garlic did not appear. The lamb, pork ribs, chicken wrapped in bacon and sausage circulated to our table only once. Filet mignon came out twice = once medium rare and the other time medium. No other types or cuts of meats made it to the table and that is distinctly unusual. My husband specualted that given the rising cost of beef, the restaraunt may be struggling. I am hopeful, however, this is a one time issue. We love this restaurant and will be definitly returning even with a less than 5 star experience this time.

Great birthday experience! Our waitress was so cute and enthusiastic. The gauchos were friendly too. They accommodated my 89-year-old mother-in-law (with walker) beautifully.

The food is always amazing and the service was great! We had a reservation and there was some issue with seating due to an oversight, but the host jumped in and made the experience extra special for us.
