   We went to dinner at The Dining Room for our anniversary. From the moment we entered the beautiful restaurant we were treated very special. Our server was very knowledgeable and attentive. The food was excellent. We enjoyed our dinner immensely . If we ever visit Asheville again we will certainly go back to this restaurant.

   The food service and views were spectacular. Elijah, our waiter was exceptional. Oh my one complaint is the $20 charge for valet parking. I believe the Biltmore is better than that. Thank you

    Unfortunately, when restaurants spent more time on pretentiousness, versus value, which diminished our experience. The small and artful dishes were ok, but were way overpriced for the quality of the food. The staff was great, friendly and efficient, but we were disappointed in the taste (too salty) and amounts of each dish. Liquid mashed potatoes and no more appealing that regular mashed potatoes. Tiny piles of mushrooms with powdered and overly spiced add-ons, are just that. From the wine and cocktails to the entrees, the food was overpriced. On the bright side, a good view.

    Excellent quality, preparation, presentation and very accommodating to gluten free celiac needs. Elegant, but not pretentious atmosphere with subtle background classical music. Polished service.

    We were staying at the Inn and had reservations. Such a beautiful dining room with the a wonderful huge fireplace. Tables have plenty of room between them. Our waiter Jonathan was so friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and many of the wines. We had a Caesar Salad and the Filet which were so tender and delicious. The wines we selected were excellent. Jonathan let us taste the ones we were ordering to make sure we liked them. And the blackberry sorbet was so fruity and good. Highly recommend dining here for a very enjoyable evening.

    we had an elegant dinner that was overflowing with great taste. The chef did a remarkable job with the flavors of each of the items we had. We had a beautiful, romantic table by one of the windows with a beautiful view. Our service was impeccable and absolutely five star, this was great for our celebrating our anniversary and was a very special evening

    My husband and I ate supper here while on our honeymoon and it was the best food experience we have had! The staff was very attentive and the food was delicious! The chef gave us complimentary tomato soup tasting, dessert cookies, and champagne toast! 10/10

    Expensive but Incredible food, ambiance, service etc. Everything top notch. Bring your own bottle of Biltmore Wine from the winery and there is no cork fee! Highly recommend this restaurant for special occasions and we are very picky and don’t usually like formal restaurants. Very much lives up t the Biltmore standard!

    This experience will truly be treasured for a long while. Teresa our server made the evening delightful. The food was grade A. We enjoyed every course. The food was perfectly cooked. This will definitely be a place that we will recommend and return to.

    We shared everything to maximize the menu offerings. The she crab soup was puréed to perfection and our main course was the fish cioppino with one beautifully seared scallop for each of us. The dinner presentation and timing was impeccable and the staff was gracious and attentive. Only complaint: the acoustics are harsh, as the room is round and sound carried easily between diners. For intimacy, not the best.
