I brought my fiancee here, for her birthday. While the chocolate pie was definitely my personal favorite, everything was very good - service, food, drinks. We will definitely go back.

Overall a decent experience, it was a bit noisy but it was Saturday night. We had a reservation for 8:30 PM, and it was a bit rushed since the kitchen closed at 9:15. It didn't help that it took an additional 15 minutes to get seated so we really had less than 15 minutes to get our orders in including dessert. The steak/fries were great and cooked to perfection, the hamburger was okay, and the dessert was great.
Only suggestion is to have a dedicated person for reservations and one person for walk ins because waiting behind those without reservations and waiting 15-20 minutes for them to get us seated really messed up our own experience and rushed everything. However, thats not only the restaurants fault, they had only one guy dealing with seating.

I eat at The Hamilton often as I work nearby and during the pandemic they continue to be consistently good with great care for distancing and safe practices. The do fantastic sushi and a variety of great entrees as well as salads and sandwiches. I love the ambiance and meet a friend almost every week. I wish it wasn’t quite as expensive but I feel like I am paying for the quality I receive. I highly recommend The Hamilton.

Such a good date spot, and location! Huge restaurant so felt totally safe because they block off every other table. Waitress was amazing and attentive and great with allergies. The details of Hamilton are great.

Absolutely great overall experience! Our server, Edgar, was very informative and lead us in the right directions when choosing our meals. The Hamilton also has a great protocol in place for the pandemic. The food was amazing, the steaks were cooked correctly and everything was prompt. 10/10 definitely recommend!

First time dining at The Hamilton. Service was great and the menu offers a diverse selection of delicious options at a reasonable price point. Ordered the Pan-Seared Salmon which was cooked well, but was (IMO) on the small side based on the price. The Catfish Bites are outstanding and the sauce that accompanies the app pairs exceptionally well!! We would recommend this restaurant if you’re in DC and looking for a nice place with good food and tasty cocktails.

After waiting over 40 minutes for our food the waitress informed us that there was a error with the kitchen with our order and it would be out shortly. The food was not made fresh and after speaking with the manager twice he finally admitted that my bacon was cooked several hours before hand. The restaurant was extremely cold. The waitress was nice, professional, and attentive. She apologized several times.
The district wings were delicious and shares the same consistency with the service that this lovely restaurant in downtown DC. We enjoyed everything and had a great dinner to kickoff Valentines Day weekend. Highly recommended!
Initially they brought us to the Loft upstairs although I had a reservation. That was strange because they had space downstairs. The Loft is a very bright not cosy place. We wouldn’t have stayed if they hadn’t given us a place in the restaurant itself. But when I asked they offered a table downstairs and then everything went well. The good was very tasty.

Hamilton was an overall great experience. Got a private dining booth but if you prefer bar seating they have that available too. Our server Nelson was very pleasant, attentive and helpful forthcoming with suggestions.
There were also other people that checked on us during our dining experience that made us feel like we actually mattered.
Very much appreciated and will be back.

My boyfriend and I went to The Hamilton for brunch and we had a great experience! The menu had plenty to offer for everyone and everything we ordered was delicious! The staff was also friendly and attentive. Definitely check this place out!
Burger was over cooked but sushi and chicken sandwich were delicious!

Very elegant place. Service was outstanding; couldnt ask for more. Lunch (black catfish entouffle @ $21) was ok. I'm no gourmet. I've been there before and would go back.
