   Did the set 3 course menu and it was delicious. Tasty, good portions, and food was hot! Came on a Sunday during happy hour and it wasn't too busy or noisy as it likely would have been on a Friday or Saturday. Really enjoyed our meal.

   The food was terrible and the menu was very limited. We have going to the Pinnacle Punnaclsince we moved herein 2014,ate at least 6 plus times a year,and yesterday was the first time the food was so terrible. The fish in the fish and chips had a very hard thick coating, the Doha’s h browns were mushy.

   Food was not great. Eggs Benedict sauce felt like a package mix . We were not asked how we liked. Eggs done . They were underdone . Brunch potatoes were barely warm and not fresh . Server was possibly new…. Not the greatest attitude . Asked for tea. Came with a bag and a mug of hot water . No pot . Had to asked for more hot water. Other guest had to ask for decaf refill Had to find server to ask for bill. Overall .. very disappointing. Will not return there . Better places close by .

   Our server was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We ordered the Prix Fixe menu and were delighted with our choices. The portions are large, the food delicious and the service impeccable. Would highly recommend!

    Nice place. Good service. Would have been nice to know if was a set menu when I made reservations. I had checked the regular menu ahead of time and it looked like a lot of great options and reasonably priced. The set menu for Valentines was not. Very few options and very over priced. The food was good, just not at all worth the cost of the flat rate $98 per person. I would like to try it again under regular dining conditions. I’m sure it would be very good.

    No where did it state the regular menu wouldn’t be available on Valentine’s Day when I booked. None of the items on the Valentine’s menu looked to be particularly tasty to us so we asked if there was any chance we could have something off the regular menu. We were told “yes the regular menu in the lounge is available, you guys are in the private dining due to your reservation please find a seat in the lounge!” this sounded great until we were crammed into the last smallest table available and told the regular menu in the lounge was limited to a 10 item list because all the chefs were busy with the aforementioned valentines menu… Service was ghastly as there was only one server per the 39 people stuffed in the lounge.. yes I counted. The server himself was very nice and no complaints there but you could tell he was just very overwhelmed as anyone would be in his situation. Definitely not impressed. I think it’s safe to say I will not be returning to “The Lobby”

    I must have missed the fact that there was one meal planned, which was a 4-course meal… which was all yummy… but was $98 per person!!!!!!!!!!!! Plus the $25 reservation fee! I would not have booked that restaurant had I known! My Valentine is worth so many experiences! Even a $235 meal!

    Food was wonderful! I was a little disappointed that the server didn't try to upsell us. Don't get me wrong, I love not to be bothered for sales pitches ect but when I finished my meal, I wasn't offered a dessert menu and the bill was brought over when we finished our bottle of wine. We weren't asked if we wanted another. I would have definitely ordered another bottle as I was having a great time with great company. Perhaps next time! Overall though, it was great.

    I eat in the dining room a lot while staying at the hotel. Staff aleays friendly, professional and timely. Love the salmon dish at dinner!!!! Can get quite noisy at dinner time or weekend meals. Nice menu variety and reasonable prices. I do encourage reservations

    The food was delicious and the service was excellent. The room was loud and the booth we were in was tight and not very comfortable. It felt a bit over priced. We had a nice time though but probably wouldn't go back. For those prices you expect a bit finer dining experience.

    Terrible noise level from too loud music! And when we sat down we were informed--abruptly--that we had the table for an hour and a half only. And our food didn't arrive until we had five minutes left. If you are going to impose a time limit--and I understand why you would want to--surely you should inform the patrons on your site when you book. It was not pleasant to be told that as our meal started. We have been to The Lobby several times and now I would think again before recommending it. If you want folks to spend money (which is in short supply these days), you could surely be more friendly to your diners!

    The menu selection was excellent and reasonably priced. The lattes and food could have been slightly hotter - our party of four all thought this. One inconvenience was the parking reimbursement. I didn't use the hotel parking this time but had a few years ago and it seems to me it was a simple matter of presenting something at the desk for no charge. My friend this time was not able to get reimbursed but I do not know the details. I know she gave her license plate number to the server, however, ended up paying $13.50 for 2 hours!

    Not a place for a conversation - very loud. Our server was terrific and comped us a round of drinks because the food was very slow coming out of the kitchen. Food was solid and reasonably priced considering the cost of the ground under our feet. This spot seems best for appetizers or a light dinner at the bar rather than a sit-down meal.

    We thought we were getting the Christmas dinner menu, instead we had the afternoon lounge menu-your ad was deceiving but there was nothing they could do - turkey wasn’t ready yet. On our confirmation from you it said Christmas dinner on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, it did nit say that it started only at 5. We were disappointed beyond words. I see the write up was later edited it ad the word ‘evening’

    The outstanding part was the pre-dinner drinks and our server, Josh who was so friendly, funny, and super efficient. He served the lounge on his own and OWNED it. Much fun! The dinner itself in the Lobby Restaurant was excellent as well. We thoroughly enjoyed outselves, and plan to make this an annual experience. See ya next year!

    Very busy Christmas Eve dinner. Staff were so busy, but rather masterful. Great food and service. Our only issue: so noisy we had very real difficulty carrying on any conversation. Diners were in the holiday spirit, so that’s not something the Lobby Restaurant could address. But they could turn off the NFL football game with the drumming and cheering, and the music once the conversational volume rendered them intelligible, anyway. We’ll be back . . . maybe if we can reserve something quieter.

    Took a long time for the food to come. The waitress was not around much. I had cod and chips and like alot of places the chips were cold. The fish seemed like alot of batter compared to fish. My wife had the red curry had alot of rice and sauce with not much else. For a hotel like this I unfortunately disappointed.

    We booked for lunch and arrived early because we were worried about the snow expected later in the day. No problem getting a table. We had a choice between standard lunch and brunch and the choices were good. All the guests enjoyed their meals and the event was harmonious as a result.
