While the food was delicious, we had to send it back because it was cool and not hot.

We sat on the patio. The bartender Carlos took care of us. He was absolutely RUDE. Our reservation was for 2:30 by 3:30 he was trying to give us last call. We was trying to order drinks from the bar and he told us we couldn’t get the drinks because somebody had a reservation at our table 5 mins after our reservation. When booking it said we had our table for 2.5 hours so at 3:30 why he was rushing us and not trying to let us order bar drinks nor get a refill on food item was crazy. I been to park before for brunch and happy hour and never experienced service like this before. It was my friends first time coming to park and she felt like she wasn’t welcomed just because of the service we received. We watched him with the other tables and tables that was there before we was and he didn’t act like to them so why would he give her the service that he did when we wasn’t rude or anything with him the entire time

Brunch was advertised on website for $45 but upon getting there was told that it would be $60. Website should be updated about the price.

I love brunch at the Park so I was definitely looking forward to it today but was very disappointed. The food wasn’t buffet style due to Covid which is understandable however, they fill your plate with all the food options instead of asking you what you like, there was no menu to let you know what the options were I was looking forward to the cheese grits and chicken and waffles but they didn’t have that! If I would’ve known that I wouldn’t have paid for brunch that day. $60 a plate smh wasted. Food was super cold when it came out, eggs were not good smh basically the quality and taste of the food overall was terrible I was so disappointed. I will not be returning. The food was not as good as usual.

It was a great place. The downside was the false advertisement. The Brunch was advertised on their menu at $45 but once we got there we had to pay $60 for “fees and cover charge” not a problem but should have been stated on the website.

Had an amazing time at Park at 14th! My boyfriend and I went for Saturday afternoon brunch with a 1 o’clock reservation and drinks and food appeared within 10 minutes of being seated. The service was around the clock bottomless mimosas were constantly refilled and the servers were so superb. The vibe was like no other and social distancing was definitely in place. Will be returning!

Long wait even though we had a reservation but the staff was apologetic & professional throughout the process.

Overall GREAT experience...I just wish some of the tables were a little farther apart. The food and drinks were AMAZING!!!! Staff and hostesses were very friendly and attentive!! Waiters and waitresses were on point as well!! Our girls brunch was a HIT!!! 🙌🏾✨🥂🍾
