Twigs Bistro at the Spokane Valley Mall is an inviting and comfortable restaurant offering a New American menu and an extensive list of adult beverages. You'll find a delicious selection of appetizers, salads, steaks, pasta, pizza, comfort entrees, gluten free and kids meals too. And our signature liquor tower in the bar is a sure giveaway that we know how to shake up a great cocktail, like our Signature Lemon Drop martini. The calamari is out of this world. I got a pizza which was good and my vegan friend ordered the salad. All food was delish and our waiter was attentive. Will be back!

The new cocktail was so delicious I had 3 (well, 2 &1/2). The burger was tasty and the fries are always a special treat. What really made dining at Twigs a pleasure was our wonderful server, Rachelle G. She was always there when we needed her, but did not hover, made wonderful recommendations and had no objections to the dietary requests from my dining companion. A lovely evening out.

Paid $25 for Plant Bingo BRUNCH. Supposedly included a special brunch and cocktail menu EXCEPT it DID NOT! It was just the regular everyday menu at regular prices. I was starving and ready for breakfast because the word BRUNCH implies breakfast type foods -Brunch is a meal eaten in the late morning. It combines breakfast and lunch into one single meal. The word comes from mixing the start of breakfast and the end of lunch. And to cancel or no show would have cost more than the $25. This is used to be a go-to place but no longer. Too many issues over the past several visits.

What a super fun event! I will definitely be going back. The food was amazing. The drinks were so cute and yummy. The bingo was such a fun brunch.. Grab your friends and go! You will not regret.

Probably the worst buffet I have ever been to. The variety and selection of food was limited, the quality and preparation was fair to poor for all the foods. For example, the fruit was not ripe, the small quiches were dry, the small croissants slightly stale, the macaroni salad very uninspired taste-wise, no cocktail sauce was available for the shrimp (what restaurant doesn't provide cocktail sauce with cooked shrimp?) until we asked and waited 10 minutes. No soups. The two main proteins, the prime rib had disappeared by the time we were ready for that course and had to wait for them to pull some well cooked pieces out of the kitchen. The salmon tasted fishy. The dessert table had a chocolate fountain but nothing appealing to dip into it. Some good chocolate cake and or fruit pies would've been nice on Easter Sunday, not a bunch of bread to dip into chocolate. The value which included an imposed 18% service charge was nonexistent. $69 +18% tip for that meal was maybe the worst value meal I have ever eaten. The bottom line is that this is a bistro and they cannot produce high-quality larger volume 'industrial' meal food service cooking.

The service was incredible (Sydney, our server, was amazing), but the food wasn’t great. The prime rib was very fatty & tough to chew; it seemed like low quality. The dessert bar didn’t offer many options. The fruit (melon) wasn’t ripe, therefore it wasn’t flavorful. This is an expensive buffet for the low quality & offerings. We won’t go back next Easter.

My wife and I made reservations for this restaurant when they held their Easter brunch. As in previous years, the food was delicious and the selection was just enough for most people. My favorite dishes were the Waldorf salad and the Caprese salad; they were great ways to start a luxurious meal. I ate more than my share of shrimp with cocktail sauce, and the prime rib hit the spot! The meal ended with strawberries and an assortment of donuts and candies that could be dipped into a dark chocolate fondue curtain. We will definitely be returning for their Easter brunch next year.
