Went for Easter Sunday Brunch, There advertising stated a beef carving station,there wasn't!, just cold cuts & cheese slices, Orange juice was overly deluded, only 1 person at the omelet station ( caused a lineup of guests holding plates watching there hot foods cool while waiting for a fresh omelet ) Food choices were understated. Few Muffins,some dry danishes, and boxed brownies, the carrot cake was fine, Sausage & bacon,bbq chicken, cold cuts for meat choices, being Easter and under the Hilton Name I expected More, and was underwhelmed.. 100.00 plus tip for our great Service,,( she was Wonderful👍🏾) Next time I would Pass..

I decided to celebrate my birthday here for lunch, because I thought the $15 lunch deal was a fantastic value. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. When we arrived at 11:45 am there was barely any food selection, and several of the serving dishes were almost empty. I probably should have walked out and gone to a different restaurant, but I felt guilty doing that. The chicken was all dark meat covered in an awful BBQ sauce, the noodles were too spicy, and the mixed vegetables had no taste at all. There was also some bread pudding, but overall it felt like I was eating leftovers. This was the most disappointing buffet I have ever been to. I would not recommend coming here for lunch. Breakfast is much better, which is why I thought I would give their lunch a try. The only positive part of the experience was our waitress, who was very nice. I did express my disappointment to our server and one of the kitchen cook who asked us how was everything.

The menu was inclusive for all, most of the food was really good, the 1/2 chicken reports that it was extremely dry wouldn’t recommend it. The brisket was tender and tasty. The service could have been a little more prompt.

A lovely restaurant for Xmas day brunch. This was our second year for spending Xmas day brunch here, and we will return again next year.

We were welcomed right away and taken to our seat. We each had a different option of Brisket. I loved that you could choose from over 6 options of what type of brisket sauce you preferred. The Saskatoon Berry option was amazing. The service was amazing and the pricing was a lot lower than other restaurants in Regina. I would recommend checking this out. It is a great gem in Regina's vast restaurant scene.

We are not from Regina, we were there for a conference, and I rely on OpenTable when choosing restaurants when I am going to cities I am not familiar with. This restaurant had a fairly high rating on OpenTable. I was looking for something more on the casual side (not fine dining) however good food, and variety in their menu. According to the reviews, this place should have met those criteria. Almost everyone's dish was overly salted, which to me indicates poor quality food and poor quality preparation of the food. Out of 5 of us ,One person had Trout and they said it was good....3 people rated their food as so-so. I ordered the ribs that were supposed to fall off the bone. I first tired cutting them with my regular knife. That was not working. I then switched to a steak knife, it didn't even work, and I finally left most of the ribs on my plate. Our waitress was kind enough to give us a 25% discount on my ribs. This place was extremely ordinary at best, and I won't go back the next time I am in Regina. It embarrassed me that I chose this place to take people to.

Arrived and seated ourselves as per the sign. Sat down and an older lady waitress took request for drinks and didn't see her again for atleast 30 minutes. The restaurant was not busy. Asked a hostess if we could get another waitress as we were STILL waiting on water, coffee and orange juice. Waitress finally reappeared but still wasn't very attentive. I've never been and felt so ignored by service staff anywhere as bad as this before in my life. The rest of the visit was awesome. Food was fresh, some items rotated from previous weekend. Always a pleasure to go except this last visit and issue with the waitress.

Wild sage regina was a wonderful place for breakfast. Had the buffet which is very reasonably priced and everything was top notch. This was second time visit and it was amazing. The food was super fresh, the whole restaurant was very clean and tidy. Used tables were cleared immediately so it always looked pristine. The waitress was amazing. Friendly and made me feel very welcome. Always coming by to se if I needed anything, more coffee or juice etc. Overall a great place. I can only imagine how lunch or dinners are.
