Temaki Joint is the latest expression by Chef Duy Pham - An intimate hand roll and
sushi experience centered around precision, immediacy, and simplicity. Built around the art of
temaki, each roll is crafted to order and designed to be enjoyed in the moment. Drawing from
decades of experience and a deep respect for Japanese culinary tradition, Pham reimagines
the hand roll through a modern lens, highlighting premium ingredients from all over the world,
perfectly seasoned rice, and balanced composition. The experience is interactive and personal,
inviting guests to engage directly with the craft. Every element from the cut of the fish to the
temperature of the rice is carefully considered to deliver a product that is both elevated and
approachable.
