After more than 40 years with Sushi Den, Chef Toshi returns to his roots with deep reverence for Edomae-style sushi, a 200-year-old Tokyo tradition that highlights each ingredient through precise Japanese techniques.
Kizaki offers Denver’s first authentic Edomae omakase, featuring approximately 20 courses including raw, cured, seared, cooked, and dry-aged preparations. Guests may also enjoy a full bar with thoughtfully selected sake, wine, or curated pairings.
The Omakase experience at the COUNTER or TABLE is $250 per guest, plus service fee and tax. The service fee applies to the Omakase only; additional sushi, beverages, and gratuity are not included. Seating times are 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM, and the experience begins promptly once all guests have arrived. Please review allergies and dietary restrictions prior to booking.
