Owner and Chef Chad Scothorn expresses his gratitude to the community for years of shared meals, cherished memories, and celebrations. The Cosmo is hand down my favorite restaurant in Telluride. As a local here I can’t even count how many celebratory dinners we had here. Best food, incredible service, just the best. We will miss you guys so much!!

The food was outstanding. We had the salmon and salad with chicken added a top. Been eating here for years and have never been disappointed.

Love, love, love the Thai Coconut vegetarian entrée. Shrimp and calamari and chopped salad were also fabulous. Just love this restaurant.

Service was hilariously/infuriatingly bad. Brought the wrong things, was extremely slow, poorly timed delivery of drinks and food, contentious attitude. The food is good, the bread is the best in town, and the wine bottles are priced like they're trying to clear the cellar, but it's going to take a minute to get over how badly we were treated before i'm willing to go back.

My husband and I did your usual share. We have dined here before and have always been happy. This time was the best! The chopped salad share was perfect size for us! The soup was amazing! Didn’t share, but hubby used the delicious bread (crusty and soft interior) to sop up every drop of soup. We then shared the 1/2 chicken. We added a side of spinach! Delicious! And great service headed by Rebecca! Sorry she won’t be there for our next 2 reservations we have made for the next 2 weeks! We agreed one of the best meals out for dinner. And we have had a few! See you again Thursday!!
