We zijn al eens eerder bij Ivy geweest. In Londen en Edinburgh hebben we heerlijk gegeten. De verwachtingen waren mede daardoor hoog en werden zelfs overtroffen. Slechts 3 maanden na de opening loopt deze Ivy als een machine, alles prima op elkaar afgestemt: van menu tot aankleding van het restaurant en al het personeel dat alles in de gaten heeft en voor een prima sfeer zorgt.
