I was at Down the Hatch in South Queensferry on Monday with a dear friend, and I just wanted to say a huge thank you to all the staff. The food was fantastic – exactly what it promises to be – and I'd happily recommend it to anyone. But what really stood out was the kindness of the team. We hadn't seen each other for years and ended up sitting chatting for around four hours, catching up on life. At no point did we feel rushed. Everyone was so welcoming, friendly and accommodating, and it made such a difference. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality. It was absolutely perfect, and we'll definitely be back. 😍

Haven’t been awhile even better than I remember! The Birria tacos were maybe the best I’ve ever had! The meat was like so flavorful you could smell it before you ate it! The nachos were tasty. The queso was great! The chicken enchiladas were super lush and even better dipped in the birria sauce! We shared the duck tacos they were really good! The cocktails were all amazing service was grand we had a couple of people waiting on us and the atmosphere is lively and fun and casual and happy and loud and cool. Can’t wait to go back!
