Great place to tey real Australian steaks. My Negroni was excellent

Can’t recommend this place enough, after being told by an Italian restaurant close by that we had to pay a deposit of $500 for a group booking I looked elsewhere and found roast republic. No deposit required for groups. The food was incredible and was so quick. Great value for money. They were so accommodating and super friendly, they even split the bill which I know a lot of places won’t with large groups. Atmosphere was beautiful. We will be returning :) Thank you for a great experience.

The wide range of craft beers you have developed are superb, my favourites were the Original Pale Ale, Alpine Hazy and Two World Pale Ale although the Stout was incredible also The food served from Chucks Kitchen was next level, the House Focaccia with Proscuitto and Burrata, Chicken wings With Spicy Buffalo sauce, salt and pepper squid —- sensational The ambience, and friendly atmosphere in the Tap Room is a true credit toChuck, Scott and Amy —- A great place, Thank You !!!! “We’ll be back”🙏🙏🙏

Great food and local Bevs, service, attentive stuff, and overall vibe of the restaurant. Definitely on our list next time we're in the area.
