The Gregory at The Watermark Hotel is Baton Rouge, Louisiana's premier destination for modern food & wine. Located off the lobby of the hotel, in the former Bank of Louisiana, our restaurant is centered between an open kitchen and a full bar surrounded by murals painted by the artist of who the restaurant is named, Angela Gregory.
