The Dancing Bear is managed by Kristine Tarabine who has cracked the Top 50 Australian bartenders competing in Diageo's world class competition. Just a few popular cocktails include the "Smoked Old Fashioned", "Summer Shenanigans" and our best seller the "Yuzu Sour". All with their own quirks and experience. Bougee bar snacks available: Cheese boards, Cured Meat Plates, Focaccia and Kafta meatballs. All easy to eat and delicious. As we are so close to Olympic park there is many easy access options. Ethan, Sophie and Digo at the front of house are amazing at what they do. Passionate, friendly and knowledgeable; they have made every visit fantastic. The food is great, the wine list is small but well thought out and the cocktails are well made and tasty!

While it wasn’t cheap and the serves were small, the cocktails and the food was so delicious. The atmosphere was great and we had ain amazing night.
