Our experience was anazing from checking in to ending our day just amazing

Waitstaff was excellent. Dining room assistant manager Michelle was wonderful. Food was great. Loved the view. Great place to enjoy a meal.

This visit exceeded my expectations! The menu is extensive, including tons of specialty pizza options as well as non-pizza choices. There are photos available of everything, which is very helpful. And, you have the option of trying two different specialty pizzas - half and half - when you order a medium or large size. Our very friendly server, Victor, suggested the Maria Bonita and I selected the Paraiba. Both were delicious, with a slight edge going to the latter. The flavors and textures are amazing! My family and I have already decided this will be a frequent return stop for us and would be great when hosting visitors from out of town.

Took family from out of town for this experience. They really enjoyed the food and the unique setting. Very friendly staff. Excellent food with lots of choices. The only downside is the restaurant inside is quite small.

We returned to the Ritz for their Mother’s Day Tea and were absolutely thrilled to be served once again by Lorena, who is truly exceptional! We’ve had the pleasure of being in her care several times now, and each experience is more wonderful than the last. She bring such grace, warmth, and attention to detail—it’s like being welcomed by an old friend. From remembering our preferences to making each guest feel celebrated and special, Lorena elevates the entire experience. She is a true gem and one of the reasons we look forward to coming back time and time again!
