Chama Gaúcha Brazilian Steakhouse arrives in downtown San Antonio, steps from the River Walk, the Alamo, and the iconic Majestic Theatre. Our skilled gauchos bring the celebrated tradition of authentic churrasco to an elevated new setting, carving USDA Prime meats tableside across two stunning levels spanning over 12,000 square feet. From our signature picanha and filet mignon to Colorado lamb chops and slow-cooked beef ribs, every cut arrives at peak flavor and perfect temperature. A refined gourmet salad bar, handcrafted cocktails, and indulgent Brazilian desserts complete the experience. Whether you are hosting a corporate dinner, celebrating a special occasion, entertaining convention guests, or dining before an evening performance at the Majestic, Chama Gaúcha Downtown delivers an unforgettable dining experience worthy of downtown San Antonio's energy.
A Cedar Park-based churrascaria is taking a bite out of San Antonio’s dining scene. Bitelo Brazilian Steakhouse is opening in the buzzy Portico at Shaenfield Ranch development.
