The Last slice is a modern twist of the classic Lebanese style Pizza, known as Manoush. Located in the heart of Sydney Olympic Park, established to share a piece of our culture with you! Manoush is a flatbread, traditionally topped with a drizzle of freshly pressed olive oil and tangy Zaatar (Oregano). But it doesn’t stop there! Other toppings such as various cheeses, veggies, labna (yoghurt spread) and meat are used to make the most tastiest flavoured Manoush. This dish is generally served for breakfast in the villages of Lebanon. The smell of manoush as it is being prepared will sure to make your stomach rumble and take you back to the markets of the middle east. In addition, we offer a variation of traditional middle eastern pastries such as Kaak, Pides and Scrolls. Be sure to pair it up with our aromatic freshly roasted coffee. We LOVED our experience at Luxe 8 Cafe!! The food was beyond amazing, the service was impeccable and they let us sit and chat for as long as we pleased so it was a super pleasant experience!! We had the French toast, Belgian waffles and split the eggs with toast. We are still adjusting from the time change from USA so a third plate was necessary haha but all was very tasty and my husband said he’d come back whenever we come to Sydney!!
