Picanha en prime rib waren onze favorieten. De bijgerechten zijn top. Bij ons kwamen ze echt veel langs met het vlees, dus dat was goed. De bediening was super vriendelijk en we kregen een gratis verjaardags cheesecake. Zou terugkomen!

They all grew up on the lower west side of NYC in Chelsea & had a goal of owning a bar together & could not be more excited about opening The Elgin. As an acknowledgment of their collective history, they named a signature cocktail—the Chelsea 1724—after their neighborhood. Darwin & Paul grew up in Chelsea on 17th St and Peter & Christine lived on 24th St. They are joined by Patrick Callaghan who has been working with Peter for many years.
