Das Ngo Kim Pak ist eine urbane Interpretation des koreanisch und japanischen Street Food Lifestyles. Es soll an die laute, grelle und freie Atmosphäre eines pojangmacha (Straßenbude typisch in Südkorea) oder an die lockere Trinkkultur eines izakayas erinnern. Die Gäste sollen die Tische mit kleinen Speisen voll haben und dabei eiskalten Reiswein oder Schnaps trinken. Ein get together von menschen jeden alters die sich nach der Arbeit hier versammeln können oder so einfach in ihr Wochenende starten.
