Allowing them to showcase their creativity and talent, the ever evolving menu swings with the seasons and uses local Norfolk produce from the myriad of farmers, fishermen and other producers on our rural doorstep.The pub itself we describe as quintessentially English, set on the edge on an expansive village green in beautiful Aldborough. Don't be surprised to be watching the cricket when a group of Morris Dancers show up. Yes it happens! Fabulous creative food, beautifully presented and friendly service. A real fine dining addition for Norwich. The wine list, while not particularly extensive, is well chosen and very good value, a refreshing feature that we really appreciated.

Very impressed, not just with the food and its presentation but by the thoughtful and kind waitress. My wife is diabetic and we had let the restaurant know in advance that she might need to adapt the menu. The waitress had made a note of this and could not have ben more helpful.
