Our restaurant, the Zieglerei, is centered around the bar—this is where the culinary heart of the Scandic beats. A place that brings people together: relaxed, lively, and quintessentially Scandinavian.The evening begins in a laid-back and convivial atmosphere. Perhaps with a first drink, a freshly poured Erdinger, or SMØRREBRØD to share. Because we believe that homemade simply tastes better, we prepare our sauces and dressings using our own recipes. These are served with crusty bread and tarte flambée fresh from the wood-fired oven. Sweet classics like Kaiserschmarrn and other treats are made à la minute—with great attention to detail.At the heart of our kitchen is the burger—authentic, customizable, and tailored just the way you like it: from juicy beef in a brioche bun to crispy turkey.
