Tucked into Shop 1/18 Hutchinson Street in Surry Hills, Le Salle Dining by Bar Chaplin is a reservation-only dining room for 12. One Chef, One front of the house, and a weekly changing menu that lets the food do all the talking. -We offer a 7 course menu @ $198 p.p (that changes frequently) or Carte Blanche for $285/ person and $30 min. spend on Beverages p.p. However, there are several dishes for supplements to add on. The Apprentice Restaurant Sydney is a TAFE NSW licensed training restaurant. *We are closed 8 to 10 September for TAFE Graduation ceremonies*.Tuesday to Thursday lunch and Wednesday & Thursday dinner.Lunch 12pm to 2pm: three courses (entrée, main & dessert) for $45 or you can select any two courses for $40.
