Tucked into Shop 1/18 Hutchinson Street in Surry Hills, Le Salle Dining by Bar Chaplin is a reservation-only dining room for 12. One Chef, One front of the house, and a weekly changing menu that lets the food do all the talking. -We offer a 5 courses menu du jour @ $175p.p or 7 course menu @ $190p.p (that changes frequently) and $30 min. spend on Beverages p.p. However, there are several dishes for supplements to add on. If you or your guests might have certain dietary requirements, please kindly inform us at least 24hours prior to your bookings.-We Are fully licenced, no BYO-Cancellation Fee, in the event of no show or cancellations within 72 hours to dining a $158per person according to you booking cancellation fee will apply.

The Apprentice Restaurant Sydney is a TAFE NSW licensed training restaurant. We are closed for the TAFE semester break and will reopen 11 August. Tuesday to Thursday lunch and Wednesday & Thursday dinner.Lunch 12pm to 2pm: three courses (entrée, main & dessert) for $45 or you can select any two courses for $40. Dinner 6pm to 8:30pm: three course menu for $45. (Our prices are excluding beverages). Group beverage packages are available to pre-purchase for the whole group.Our meals are usually served Table d’hôte (alternate drop) and portions are limited.Bookings are highly recommended to avoid disappointment.     A great all round dining experience. The food was fantastic (the baked Brie, the duck, the beef cheeks and the potatoes especially) plus Petra was super lovely and such a great host. We will definitely be back.

    Great that The Apprentice has opened up again to serve the public as we should support our future chefs! Our food was well presented and respectfully well prepared, loved my Kangaroo fillet entree and the main of confit of salmon. Hubby had beef cheeks which was very tender. Dessert was also delicious. Great service by the front line students and overall very impressed! Will definitely be back when The Apprentice opens up next semester!!
