Via 313 Pizza is proud to serve genuine Detroit-style pizza, with signature dough prepared daily using the finest flours and classic baking techniques.  Detroit-style is rectangular, sauce-on-top pizza baked in a heavy pan similar to the auto parts trays found in Detroit in the 1940s.
