Lume West Village is the West Village's after-dark Italian: a glowing U-shaped bar, a serious cocktail list, and modern Italian plates with a French accent. Come for a negroni and wagyu carpaccio at the bar, stay for fresh pasta and grilled octopus in the dining room, and finish late with the lights turned low.
