Lovely atmosphere-the prefect dining experience-calm and efficient (well paced) attentive waiters. Beautiful setting with a traditional Chinese feel of an inviting little footbridge over a little pond. The colours of the decor also reflect tradition and invite one in. On arrival we felt immediately welcomed, even though we were much earlier than we had booked, we were still accommodated with no fuss and with exceptional cordiality. This meant a lot to me! It was nice to see the same waiters / front of house from my last visits- that says a lot in London; where transience is usually the norm this place keeps consistency and so has character! The food is excellent, offering a wide range of traditional dim sum to well known favourites. We never felt rushed and the tables are round and comfy seats, so easy to talk and enjoy a relaxed meal. The perfect place to spend time, and although it is in theatre land it feels like the main venue for an evening out. I’ve been there a lot and love it! My go to restaurant in London!

Great service. Fast, efficient and delicious food. My friend and I had a great time and left with our belly full and take away boxes. My friend really enjoyed his birthday meal and said we must return.

We were a group of 8 and were seated immediately and staff were very attentive. Was concerned after reading some other reviews. However our experience was amazing. Highly recommend the aromatic duck!
