Dear Valued Customers, The Ambassador Training Restaurant is a TAFE NSW-licensed venue. Demonstrating our reputation as a leader in education and training for hospitality and culinary students, students practice delivering fine-dining food & develop their skills in an operational environment. As we are a licensed venue, BYO is not permitted. All dietary requirements must be advised in advance through your OpenTable platform booking. Meals will be served on alternate drop, meaning you will not have a choice from the menu and will have limited facility for alterations. Payments will be made after your meal; we do not accept cash or split bills.We only take online reservations via OpenTable. For enquiries, please email ambassador.reservations@tafensw.edu.au.     It is rare to have a restaurant say "oh yes, the chef has planned something that meets your dietary requirements" but that's what happened at South End last night. 95% of restaurants offer you something off their main menu with the bits you can't have removed but the chefs at South End made an entirely different (delicious) vegan main dish for me. As well as delicious food, the service was impeccable and the ambiance really lovely. We will definitely be back.

    Excellent food, the standard menu had a great selection, but the specials were excellent. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and service overall was excellent. It had a great atmosphere with good selection of wine and cocktails. Highly recommend.
