The Paina building is the 3rd large build when you enter from Wahinepio Ave. Our Winter menu (January - March) and Spring Menu (March - May), brought to you by Chef Gary Johnson is a celebration of vibrant local bounty, thoughtfully crafted to highlight the freshest ingredients. Rooted in a farm-to-table philosophy, each dish reflects our commitment to seasonality, regional partnerships, and global inspiration. Chef Johnson’s style resonates with European, the Mediterranean, Latin American, and South-East Asian cuisine. Please reference our dates of service and menu selections listed below. Moku Roots is Maui's favorite farm to table restaurant and now located on its primary farm in upper kula with a breathtaking view and cooler temperatures. We specialize in cuisine starring taro and ulu as well as other seasonal crops grown on our organic regenerative farm! We offer a prix fixe Friday Sunset dinner that seats at 5:30 and Sunday brunch buffet that seats at 10 am.
