The Fox is an award winning (Best Premium Food numerous times, Food Made Good Award, Good Food Guide status) gastro pub with rooms located in picturesque Willian near Letchworth, North Herts. It has a great locals bar serving a selection of real ales/lagers, dog friendly in the bar. Our relaxed 2 rosette restaurant serves an abundance of locally sourced seasonal produce with an accessible wine list as well as an extensive bar menu. We have created a beautifully landscaped outside dining area with heating and lighting. The Fox also boasts 8 beautifully designed bedrooms adjoining the pub. 5 of our our bedrooms are also dog friendly. Lots of country walks are available. Great access to Knebworth House, Hatfield House, the market towns of Hitchin, Knebworth, Letchworth and Baldock.

    Highly recommend, the food was perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening at The Red Lion, the staff were very friendly and the atmosphere was welcoming. They had a great selection of food and drinks on the menu and the service was excellent.

    The staff were all really friendly and welcoming. Food quality was really good, and it was great to be able to add or change items from the menu. The ambience in the outdoor seating area was lovely and made us all think we could have been somewhere away in the Mediterranean!

    Food was exceptional! Can easily say that it was the best roast I’ve ever had! Staff were also very attentive and friendly. Was a family gathering and all said how amazing it was. Wish we lived nearer and would be regular customers!! Many thanks
