At the end of a busy Saturday my partner and I had a lovely meal at one of our favourite places. The ambience is always nice, the staff were polite and friendly and the meal was absolutely delicious. I had the chicken pie, which was homemade, and plenty of it, my partner had the sea bass, which he enjoyed.

Lovely meal and very pleasant staff. We ate early so the pub was quite quiet. Impressed by the cleanliness and love the feel of the pub. Good size portions - not too large to be off putting, and a nice selection of dishes on the menu.

Amazing experience! Can’t believe I didn’t know about this place before. Had a Sunday roast and. It was delicious! Beef was tender and perfectly cooked, roast potatoes to die for, plate was presented beautifully. I’m not a big plate eater so slightly too much for me but I feel the amount was perfect. Pub and restaurant Decorated nicely. Service was good, especially from what I assume was the owner. Especially liked that they didn’t add service to the bill, so I could choose what tip to leave. Will definitely return in the near future.
