We love Paco's. We arrived 10 minutes early, table was ready and waiting. Drinks orders taken and then given time to decide on food. As usual, it was fabulous, very tasty and my steak was cooked to perfection for me, so jucy and tender. We were not rushed at all over our meal and staff came to check if everything was satisfactory just the 1 time, I love not being interrupted all the time. Staff are amazing, so friendly, happy to help but the 1 thing that always stands out ...... food is served HOT, your enjoying your meal when its hot, not warm, not cooling off but HOT. 😊

I booked a table for my mother’s husband’s birthday. They had a pleasant time and reported the food, venue, and service to have been “top notch “. Cannot fault communication with the manager prior to the meal, so that money could be put towards the bill in place of a gift voucher.

Incredible Italian pizza. It was one of the best pizza i've ever eaten. Staff was very kind. Very nice italian music. A beautiful place in Edinburgh.
