We celebrated our anniversary at the Chef's counter and it was an incredible night from start to finish. Rema and Tara took care of us with so much warmth and attention, they made the whole evening feel special. The food was outstanding. The duck fat madeleines were a standout, the wagyu tartare was excellent, and the mole oso that came with the NY Strip had us wishing we'd ordered a second helping. Every dish felt thoughtful and well executed. The music selection was the perfect complement, great vibes all night. Between the food, the service, and the atmosphere, this was one of our best dinners in Denver in a long time. 14/10, we'll be back.

It had been awhile since I’d been to Ambli. It was wonderful! We sat in the front happy hour area - wonderful service and food. The clientele was happy and clearly enjoying their food and drink offerings.
