At TO THE BONE we celebrate authentic Italian food and meat culture with a special appreciation for the butcher’s craft and its age-old tradition. Accordingly, we source our meat exclusively from specialized Italian producers along with our longstanding friend and partner, Italian star butcher Dario Cecchini.Our menu offers a modern take on the traditional dishes and classic flavours of northern Italy’s regional cuisines. Our steak menu comprises various on- and off-the-bone cuts of beef, which we serve in the convivio style for sharing along with seasonal vegetable sides.
2 x pizza, waarvan 1 glutenvrij. Beide waren onrzettend lekker. Vriendelijk personeel. Helaas werd mijn (gewone) pizza niet heel erg heet geserveerd, maar verder zijn we heel tevreden.
