Harmony Hotel's restaurant and bar looks out over our native gardens, and most of what we cook comes from not much farther away. We buy directly from the people around us: fish from the local catch, cheese from nearby makers, organic fruit when possible, and greens from a family farm up the mountain. We use as much of each ingredient as we can and compost the rest. We're always looking for better, more responsible ways to cook.It turns out good food practices make for really good food.
